Vintage Cigarette & Double Match Holder & Striker Box - Handpainted Ceramic

This is a very unique and interesting vintage Collectible that is probably from the 1960’s.The top is a hand painted ceramic crafted tile piece that my research shows was more than likely made in Greece.It’s attached to a hard poly plastic type material popular in the 50’s & 60’s which has a pull out drawer to hold your cigarettes.Then it holds two boxes of matches, push on one side to expose the other sides box of matches and vise versa.And it also allows for the match box striker plates to be exposed to the outside to use as well.My research shows this to be a hand painted vintage piece and maybe by Niarchos in Greece or at least the tile portion was.This would make an awesome collectible piece for any collectors of Cigarette memorabilia such as Cigarette Holders, Lighters, Ashtrays, Matches and more.This is a very hard to ind item and again it’s probably some 60 to 70 years old already.Make this the Gift idea for that special collector you know, they will love it.
