All tops are 2XL, all bottoms are XL as the bottoms seemed to run larger. Fits like a 2XL.

The “Healing Hands” brand pairs (pics 1 and 2) unfortunately have a small issue. The back pant pockets stitching came undone on all 4 pairs somehow. The scrubs themselves are so comfy and no other damage. I mean, I never use a back pocket anyways. They have front pockets and a pocket on the thigh. The tops have 4 pockets, so plenty of pockets lol. The last pair is also very comfortable and was a nicer, more expensive pair. It has zipper pockets on the pants, and nice pockets on the top, as well as a badge hook.
Spent around $300 on all 5 pairs, scrubs are EXPENSIVEEEEE
