Combining this burning question with his ingenious invention, Dr. Fracas uses his time machine to transport the greatest warriors of the past for a battle set in the here and now. There are nine fighters in all: Hanzou and Fuuma from Japan, Rasputin from Russia, Brocken from Germany, Janne from France, Dragon from China, Muscle Power from the U.S., J. Carn from Mongolia and an unknown being from outer space.
