The Wusthof Classic Hollow Edge Butcher's Knife features a large curved blade that can slice through large beef briskets, sirloin, roasted pigs and more. The hollow edges make it easy to smoothly cut thin slices of ham, beef, poultry or turkey.

The handle design is made of a highly durable synthetic material known as Polyoxymethylene (POM), which features a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
